Tickets on sale Friday, Sept. 25
The Center for the Arts, University at Buffalo, welcomes The Jacksons at 8 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 25.
Consisting of original members Jermaine, Tito, Jackie and Marlon, The Jacksons live show includes all of their mega-hits as well as hits made famous by the fifth Jackson, the iconic Michael.
This energetic show features The Jacksons' famous dance moves and costumes and also includes video footage and retrospectives of Michael and his worldwide appeal. Having toured sparingly over the past couple years, The Jacksons' show is a rare opportunity to witness live the re-formation of a pop and Motown Rock and Roll Hall of Fame supergroup with five No. 1 albums, 18 No. 1 radio hits, 17 top 10 albums and 17 top 40 singles.
Locally presented by The Derico of East Amherst Corp., concert proceeds benefit the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo. Since opening its doors to families of seriously ill or injured children, the Ronald McDonald House of Buffalo has provided comfortable, affordable lodging for 18,000 families from Western New York and around the world. The Ronald McDonald House is a family's "home-away-from-home" when their child requires specialized medical care at a Buffalo hospital.
