Golden Globes honors Clooney, 'Boyhood'

NBC aired the 72nd annual Golden Globe Awards Sunday night. The star-studded ceremony was hosted for the third consecutive year by Golden Globe winners Tina Fey (NBC's "30 Rock") and Amy Poehler (NBC's "Parks and Recreation"). It was broadcast live coast-to-coast from the Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. The annual award honors talented individuals who have had a significant impact on the world of entertainment.

Film and television star George Clooney was this year's recipient of the Cecil B. DeMille award, chosen by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association board of directors.

The 72nd Annual Golden Globe Awards was seen in more than 160 countries worldwide. It was produced by dick clark productions in association with the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
