The Roswell Park Concert for a Cure, one of the biggest music and food events of the summer, is coming to Canalside in Buffalo from noon to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Twelve local bands will sing out against cancer at the daylong, family event. Featured acts include Black Widow, Busted Stuff, Strictly Hip, The Informers, Route 66, The Heritage, Tom Sartori, Randle & the Late Night Scandal, Up the Ante and Leon and the Fork Lifts.
Food from 10 local restaurants will be available, in addition to an artisan market, beer tent and kids activates. All proceeds raised will go to cancer research at Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
