For each $1 donation to Hospice Buffalo, customers will receive a specialty donut as a "thank you"

Dunkin' Donuts, America's all-day, every-day stop for coffee and baked goods, will look ahead to spring through a special partnership with Hospice Buffalo in support of the 28th annual Hospice Buffalo Spring Bouquet Sale.

Beginning today, participating Dunkin' Donuts locations in Erie County will offer guests a special "Flower Power Donut" as a "thank you" when they make a $1 donation to Hospice Buffalo. The specialty "Flower Power Donut" is filled with cream and topped with strawberry icing with an accent of chocolate and white drizzle in the shape of a flower. The specialty donuts will be available through Saturday, March 8.

Participating Dunkin' Donuts restaurants throughout Erie County will also offer guests a fresh flower bouquet when they make an $8 donation to Hospice Buffalo. The fresh bouquets feature a mix of roses and asters, as well as other fresh flowers and greens.

"Dunkin' Donuts is honored to take part in this timeless event in support of the critical work of Hospice Buffalo, which provides the highest level of care and support to individuals and families throughout Western New York during a time of great need," said Dunkin' Donuts Field Marketing Manager Alisa LaPlante. "I encourage residents throughout the greater Buffalo area to look ahead to spring with a delicious treat or beautiful bouquet while supporting Hospice Buffalo."

The bouquets will be available for three days, March 5-7, from 7:30 to 10:30 a.m., at the following Dunkin' Donuts restaurants: 55 Crosspoint Parkway in Getzville; 6800 Transit Road in Williamsville; and 1145 Union Road in West Seneca.

The 28th annual Hospice Buffalo Spring Bouquet Sale benefits the Hospice Foundation, which supports Hospice Buffalo, Essential Care for Children and other agencies of The Center for Hospice & Palliative Care. These agencies are dedicated to the care and support of individuals with a serious or end-of-life illness. Since its inception, the bouquet sale has raised more than $4.4 million to support hospice care for Erie County patients and families.
