A new "Top Chef" will be crowned Wednesday during the season eleven finale from Maui, Hawaii
If you think you can stand the heat, sign-up to get in the kitchen! Bravo's Emmy and James Beard Award-winning series "Top Chef" will be returning for a 12th season this fall. Open casting calls for chefs interested in competing in the high-stakes culinary competition series will be held in cities across the country starting Tuesday, Feb. 18.
"Top Chef" season 12 casting calls are as follows:
•Dallas - Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Palomar Hotel Dallas, 5300 E Mockingbird Lane
•Atlanta - Tuesday, Feb. 18, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

•New York - Monday, Feb. 24, from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

After a long journey competing in 30 challenges from New Orleans to Maui, the final two chef'testants will compete in the season 11 finale of "Top Chef" on Wednesday, Feb. 5, at 10 p.m., on Bravo. Leading up to what the judges call the closest decision in the show's history, each must execute the best service of their lives while opening pop-up restaurants to win the title and bragging rights of being "Top Chef."
