Niagara Wheatfield Amateur Athletics has introduced an approved U.S. House Soccer development program in Wheatfield.

This is a weekdays only program, with no weekend games.

The 11-week program for children ages 5-14 is unique to the area and is offered at a cost of $95 for non-residents and $85 for Wheatfield residents for the session. Trainers will provide support for players and coaches on a weekly basis.

The NWAA will offer this opportunity through the New York State West Youth Soccer Association. Interested coaches will be given an opportunity to enroll in a Soccer Coaching 101 program designed for new first time youth soccer coaches, or a state youth soccer module designed for coaches of U6-U14 players.

The house soccer program will be comprised of practical training and practice sessions, weekly games with certified WNY referees on properly sized fields, and a reduced number of players on the field to increase touches on the ball.
