Pitbull performs from Miami on 'Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014'

Coverage of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014" begins at 8 p.m. on ABC

Pitbull, "Mr. Worldwide," will appear in a live performance from the American Airlines Arena in Miami on "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest," joining the country's biggest New Year's Eve celebration Dec. 31, beginning at 8 p.m., on ABC.

Ryan Seacrest will lead the traditional countdown at midnight, and Jenny McCarthy ("The View") will join him throughout the broadcast, live from Times Square. Pitbull joins previously announced performers Blondie, Capital Cities, Miley Cyrus, Daughtry, Jason Derulo, Fall Out Boy, Florida Georgia Line, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Icona Pop, Enrique Iglesias, Billy Joel, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Robin Thicke and The Fray.

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014," is a bicoastal celebration with a West Coast celebration hosted by Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas. Coverage of "Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014" will feature hours of special performances and reports on New Year's celebrations from around the globe.

The complete lineup for Tuesday night includes:

•"New Year's Rockin' Eve Presents The 30 Greatest Women In Music" Seacrest, McCarthy and Fergie host a fascinating two-hour countdown of the 30 greatest female artists in music, through clips and interviews from the archives of dick clark productions. (8-10 p.m.)

•"Dick Clark's Primetime New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014" Seacrest spotlights some of the year's hottest artists, groups and songs. Fergie hosts the Los Angeles party, and McCarthy is live with all the festivities in Times Square. (10-11 p.m.)

•"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2014, Parts 1 & 2" Seacrest counts down to midnight live from Times Square, and then the party continues with some of the year's hottest acts from Los Angeles and New York. (Part 1, 11:30 p.m. until 1:08 a.m.) (Part 2, 1:08-2:12 a.m.)
