The Buffalo Sabres have announced the club will host an authentic camouflage jersey auction, beginning today, in honor of Veterans Day.

Sabres players will wear camouflage jerseys during pregame warm-ups prior to this evening's home game against the Los Angeles Kings. The jerseys will then be put up for auction on the NHL.com auction site immediately following the game at 10 p.m. All proceeds from the auction, which runs through Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 9 p.m., will benefit the Buffalo Sabres Foundation.

The Buffalo Sabres Foundation is a New York state not-for-profit corporation that is dedicated to stimulating, supporting and encouraging organizations that serve Western New York and are committed to youth hockey initiatives; the health, wellness and education of underprivileged /disadvantaged youth and military personnel; and physically and mentally challenged athletes.
