Thanksgiving back to basics all week on ABC's 'The Chew'

Newly appointed regular guest co-host Curtis Stone ("Top Chef Masters") sits in Nov. 12-15

Whether cooking turkey with a New Orleans Cajun spice rub, or serving a New England-style clam dressing, join ABC's "The Chew" hosts as they discover the unique twists on tradition as they celebrate "Thanksgiving Across America." All week, the hosts will feature tips on remaining stress-free when hosting or transporting delectable dishes while traveling.

For the week of Nov. 11-15 (subject to change; weekdays, 1 p.m.), the lineup includes:

Monday, Nov. 11 - "Thanksgiving: Back To Basics" - Chef Carla Hall reveals the secret to her ultimate piecrust. Chef Michael Symon mentors one home viewer on preparing perfect stuffing. Guest co-host Tasha Smith and Carla take a delicious twist on traditional pumpkin pie. And Clinton Kelly shares his foolproof holiday buffet and table setting party ideas.

Tuesday, Nov. 12 - "Stress Free Suppers" - Actress Nia Long ("The Best Man Holiday") cooks a Thanksgiving classic with Clinton. Newly appointed regular guest co-host Curtis Stone and Michael reveal a basic technique to help anyone keep their cool in the holiday kitchen heat, and Daphne Oz hosts a Thanksgiving edition of "Food Frenzy," the caloric quiz.

Wednesday, Nov. 13 - "Thanksgiving Across America" - Symon puts a Midwestern spin on a Thanksgiving classic for a special holiday "5 in 5," Carla and Curtis bring Thanksgiving down south, and "Clinton's Craft Corner" keeps it simple with back-to-basics tips and tricks for Thanksgiving crafting. Carla working the red carpet at the 2013 CMAs.

Thursday, Nov. 14 - "Perfect Plates" -Gail Simmons ("Top Chef") and Daphne scour New York City to satisfy their pregnancy cravings, Curtis teaches a culinary technique guaranteed to help everyone all season, and Clinton cooks up a seasonal classic.

Friday, Nov. 15 - "Thanksgiving To Go" - Actor Mark Consuelos ("Alpha House") joins Carla and Daphne as they prepare a bring-along recipe. Michael makes a tasty Thanksgiving treat inspired by his mother.
