Assemblyman John Ceretto participated Tuesday in Animal Advocacy Day at the Capitol. Lawmakers brought their pets to Albany as various animal advocacy groups highlighted the importance of protecting pets and other animals.
"Animal Advocacy Day is a day that I look forward to every year as a lawmaker," Ceretto said. "The animal advocates do a great job of informing lawmakers and the public about the issues that most impact them and their animals. I have listened with open ears to their concerns and will continue to work with them to ensure that all our pets and animals are well protected."
