Easter fun at New York Power Authority

The New York Power Authority will celebrate the season at its annual Spring Eggstravaganza Saturday, March 23, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at its Niagara Hydroelectric Power Plant's admission-free visitors center, the Power Vista.

Activities include free photos with the bunny from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. plus crafts, face-painting and a scavenger hunt throughout the day. Boy Scout Troop 855 of Lewiston will sell hot dogs at the event.

Free rides on the Niagara Scenic Trolley between the Power Vista and the Gorge Discovery Center will be available during the event.

Parking and admission is always free at the Power Vista, located at 5777 Lewiston Road, Lewiston.
