The following activity occurred Monday, Nov. 5, to Sunday, Nov. 11, as reported by the Lewiston Police Department. LPD logged a total of 87 responses during this period.

Monday, Nov. 5

•1100 block of Saunders Settlement Road, mental health response. Patrol spoke with a male, 57, regarding a male, 36, who was taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center by Rural Metro. Report filed.

•Ridge Road, westbound, reckless driver. Patrol checked with negative results.

•700 block of Center Street, bad check complaint. Statement taken from a male, 56, regarding a female. Arrangements made to pay.

•800 block of Swann Road, aggravated harassment. Patrol spoke with a female, 27, regarding a male, 33.

•1000 block of Balmer Road, suspicious vehicle. Patrol located a male, 36, who was hunting in woods with permission.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

•1300 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious vehicle/property check. Patrol located a taxidermist working on location. All OK.

•4900 block of Saunders Settlement Road, suspicious person. Patrol located a male, 36. All OK.

•4000 block of Creek Road, one car accident. Statement taken from the driver; report filed.

•700 block of The Circle Drive, alarm response. Animal set off alarm.

•Location not specified, possible fraud complaint. Patrol spoke with a female, 37. Woman advised to contact Town of Tonawanda Police Department.

•Kiwanis Park, possible fight. Patrol checked on two responses; nothing showing.

•2700 block of Saunders Settlement Road, alarm response. Building secured; no key holder. Report filed.

Wednesday, Nov. 7

•Robert Moses Parkway, southbound, suspicious person. Patrol assisted State Police. All OK.

•900 block of Lake Road, hunter complaint. All OK; call unfounded.

•Sara Court, truck/bus accident. Statements taken; no injuries, one tow. Report filed.

•400 block of Roosevelt Avenue, aggravated harassment. Statement taken from a female, 56. Investigation to continue; report filed.

•800 block of Foxwood Drive, lost prescription. Patrol spoke with a female, 30. Investigation to continue.

•Ridge Road, westbound, reckless driver complaint from Town Line Road. Patrol unable to locate.

•4500 block of Washington Drive, open burn complaint. Fire out on patrol's arrival.

•5100 block of Bronson Drive, harassment complaint. Patrol advised caller the incident occurred in Niagara Falls.

•Townline Road, vehicle/traffic-warrant execution. Male, 25, placed under arrest; charge(s) unspecified. Suspect remanded to custody of Depew Police Department; vehicle secured. Report filed.

Thursday, Nov. 8

•EM-Star at Mount St. Mary's Hospital and Health Center, unwanted person. Male, 32, taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center on a mental health response.

•Seneca and South Seventh streets, citizen assist. Needles found in bushes secured by patrol.

•300 block of Walnut Lane, domestic. State Police handled report; all OK.

•400 block of North Second Street, mental health response. Male taken to Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center.

•700 block of Cayuga Street, suspicious person. Caller reports a black male wearing plaid pajama pants was harassing people. Subject gone on arrival.

•5200 block of Chew Road, check welfare. Female left residence and taken by patrol to her mother's house.

•Military and Upper Mountain roads, agency assist. Patrol on location for on a vehicle/traffic stop. All OK.

Friday, Nov. 9

•700 block of Cayuga Street, building check. All OK; owners working late on remodeling.

•1500 block of Ridge Road, car-deer accident. Statement taken from the driver; deer deceased, tag issued. Report filed.

•1100 block of Swann Road, trespass. Patrol spoke with a male, 45, regarding a male. Report filed.

•2200 block of Saunders Settlement Road, harassment at a gas/convenience store. Statement taken from a male, 21 regarding a male, 20.

•Location not specified, complaint of computer hacking. Statement taken from a female, 52; suspect unknown.

•3400 block of East Lane, assist. LPD on location the Niagara County Sheriff's Office. NCSO to obtain warrant; subject won't answer door.

•Center and North Eighth streets, two-car accident. Statements taken from the drivers. No injuries; one vehicle towed. Report filed.

•2100 block of Upper Mountain Road, area check. Call reported a loud bang in area; nothing showing.

•4600 block of Porter-Center Road, shooter complaint. Owner of property advised of laws.

Saturday, Nov. 10

•5000 block of Dana Drive, suspicious vehicle. Gone on arrival.

•900 block of Center Street, suspicious person. Family member on location; all OK.

•5900 block of Hermitage Road, unwanted party. Family member to handle in the morning.

•Upper Mountain Road, harassment. Patrol spoke with a male, 30, and a male, 24. No further details.

•400 block of North Third Street, downed wires. Caller reports a large transport truck involved had left the area. Cable wires down. Investigation to continue.

•Lower River Road and Dutton Drive, juvenile problem. All OK.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 22, placed under arrest for aggravated unlicensed operation. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets for Lewiston Town Court. Vehicle secured.

Sunday, Nov. 11

•800 block of Center Street, open door. Patrol checked building and secured door. All OK.

•1800 block of Mount Hope Road, unwanted party. Statement taken a male, 34. Female, 28, listed as a suspect. Party gone on arrival. Complainant wanted patrol to be aware of issue.

•Ridge Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Patrol reported the arrest of a male, 22, for driving with more than .08 percent of alcohol; driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. Driver released on uniform traffic tickets to Lewiston Town Court. Report filed.

•Niagara University campus, intoxicated male. Upper Mountain Volunteer Fire Co. EMS transported to Mount St. Mary's Hospital.

•4600 block of Porter Center Road, shooter complaint. Party advised of laws.

•600 block of Scovell Drive, officer requested. Caller reported sound of pounding on the front door but no one seen. Area checked and found all secure; patrol reported a window screen fell.

•North Fifth and Mohawk streets, reckless driver. Caller reports a large pickup did a large burnout. Patrol located, spoke with an operator of a truck with similar description and advised.

•100 block of North Fourth Street, Village Red Brick School Municipal Building, possible trespasser. Patrol conducted interior search of building with negative results.

•Saunders Settlement Road, vehicle/traffic stop. Male, 22, arrested for aggravated unlicensed operator, third. Suspect remanded to custody of NCSO for jail/bail processing. Vehicle released to a licensed operator.

•400 block of Mohawk Street, domestic. No further details.
