Singer/songwriter Rebecca Miner of Youngstown has announced the release of her first CD, "Time Will Tell," coinciding with a concert, Friday, Aug. 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. at the Hickory Stick Golf Club, 4560 Creek Road, Lewiston.
A native of Alabama, Miner's work thrives in both the rock and folk/acoustic genres; it reflects such influences as Carole King, Ella Fitzgerald, Bonnie Raitt, Jim Croce, Paul Simon and Aretha Franklin. "Time Will Tell" will feature 10 original songs by the artist, with musical accompaniment by such local names as Ray O'Keefe, Tony Petrocelli, Peggy Silvestri, Steve Dillon and Doug Amey and Tommy Harris of The Furies.
