This year, for its plant and perennial sale, the Youngstown Garden Club presents "Kitchens in Bloom." This special event will highlight the activities of the Garden Club, including, a plant sale of perennials from members gardens; culinary herbs and other items; an exhibit of floral arrangements presented in Federated Garden Show style; and botanical craft demonstrations by members of the Youngstown Garden Club.
"Kitchens in Bloom" will be held at The Bistro at the Old Fort Inn, 110 Main St., Youngstown, from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday June 9. "Kitchens in Bloom" is featured on the annual Tour of Kitchens, but it is open to the public. No ticket is required.
