Van Halen comes to First Niagara Center

Van Halen, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees and one of the most important and influential rock bands of all time, announced their return to the live stage. The band's extraordinary 2012 North American tour includes a stop at First Niagara Center on March 9 at 7:30 p.m.

Kool & The Gang will open.

Fans can expect David Lee Roth and Van Halen to perform selections from the band's new album, "A Different Kind Of Truth," alongside songs from an arsenal of epic hits that includes: "Eruption," "Running with the Devil," "Jamie's Cryin'," "You Really Got Me," "Ain't Talkin' 'Bout Love," "Everybody Wants Some," "Unchained," "And The Cradle Will Rock," "Beautiful Girls," "Mean Street," "Somebody Get Me A Doctor," "Jump," "Panama," "Hot For Teacher," "I'll Wait," and more from classic albums "Van Halen," "Van Halen II," "Women and Children First," "Fair Warning," "Diver Down" and "1984."

Tickets go on sale Saturday, Jan. 14, at 10 a.m. Tickets are $129.50, $79.50, $39.50 and $29.50, which include $2.50 facility fee. There will be a random handbill policy in effect.
