New River Region businesses set to hold ribbon-cutting ceremonies

The Niagara River Region Chamber of Commerce will host ribbon-cutting ceremonies for the following:

Imagination Station Child Care Center Inc.

• 902 Seneca St., Lewiston
• Friday, Oct. 7, 11 a.m.

New owner, Carla Fasso offers child care from 6 weeks to 12 years old with before- and after-school care also available.

Sanborn Streetscape

• Thursday, Oct. 13, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

The hamlet of Sanborn will celebrate the completion of the Streetscape Project, which was made possible from the Host Community Standing Committee Greenway Plan funds. The ceremony will include invited guest speakers and refreshments under the tent at Firemen's Park, adjacent to the Sanborn Fire Co. on Buffalo Street (Route 429). 

The streetscape features new sidewalks, electric gas light stands, flowerbeds, benches, new crosswalks and lamp stands with electric plugs and colorful Sanborn banners. 

Brennan's Irish Pub
