Runners/screamers are needed for the second annual "Flames Through Lewiston" event, which is set for 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 17.
This year, the event's sponsor, the Historical Association of Lewiston, will add improvements to the show, with the inclusion of military re-enactors chasing people out of town and, perhaps, Tuscarora re-enactors who will rescue the citizens. All of this depicts the British attack on Lewiston during the War of 1812.
HAL also is looking for local businesses that may want to donate prizes to the best re-enactors - costumes, acting, etc.
