Xtreme Wheels holds summer skate Camp

WNY's only indoor action sports complex is now conducting a summer camp at its 30,000 square-foot arena in Buffalo, filled with ramps and rails for inline skating, skateboarding, BMX bikes and scooters. Each camp session will include instruction, games, morning and afternoon snacks, a homemade lunch, free session-time and a free camp T-shirt. New this year is guest instructors from Phatman Board Shops, Inside Skateboards, Zen Seven Skateboards and Cretaceous Skateboarding.

The camp will be open from June 27 until Sept. 9. The camp's hours are designed to accommodate the schedules of working parents, and will accept children ages 7 and up from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. Students can sign up for one day at a time at $40 per day, or for a full week at $175 per week. Multi-family member discounts are also available. Xtreme Wheels Indoor Skate Park is located at 356 Hertel Ave., Buffalo.
