Step back in time to a period of refinement, elegance, and of course good social etiquette. The Herschell Carrousel Factory Museum's ninth annual Victorian Tea will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 16.
This year's program focuses on Victorian "flower language," with a brief historical presentation followed by flower arranging. The three-course tea includes scones with cream, finger sandwiches, fresh fruits, and assorted desserts. Guests are invited to wear Victorian dress, hats and bring their favorite teacup.
