Kiwanis Club serves pancakes

The Kiwanis Club of Niagara-Wheatfield is hosting a pancake breakfast Sunday, March 27, in the American Legion Post at 6525 Ward Road, Wheatfield. 

The breakfast is being held in conjunction with New York State Maple Weekend, www.mapleweekend.com.  Breakfast, served from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m., includes sausage, juice, coffee, tea, all-you-can-eat pancakes and warm, 2011, real New York state maple syrup.

Cost for adults and children 12 and up is $6; children 4-11, $4; children 3 and under eat free.

Donations have been made for the event from Tim Hortons, Perkins, Bob Evans, Budwey's Supermarket and the Wheatfield Lions Club.  For information and pre-sale tickets, contact Colin at 754-4548 or Danny at 731-3696.  Proceeds will benefit the club's scholarship program.
