Chicken barbecue aids band

The Sanborn Fire Company Band is serving up a Chiavetta's chicken barbecue dinner with a basket raffle on Sunday, March 20, at the Sanborn Firehall, 5811 Buffalo St. (Route 429).

The event begins at 11:30 a.m. and continues until the barbecue is sold out. The $9 cost includes half chicken, homemade potato salad, chef salad, roll, dessert and beverage. Takeouts will be available.

The basket raffle drawing will start at approximately 1:30 p.m.
