Television personality Kelly Osbourne will step in for her mother, Sharon, as the first guest co-host to appear on "The Talk," Wednesday, March 2, through Friday, March 4, (2 p.m., ET), joining co-hosts Julie Chen, Sara Gilbert, Holly Robinson Peete and Leah Remini.

While Sharon hits the road for "America's Got Talent" auditions, Kelly will keep her mother's seat warm. Among the guests that she and "The Talk" co-hosts will welcome are actress Jane Leeves and former professional boxer Laila Ali on Wednesday; actresses Camryn Manheim and Catherine Bell on Thursday; and actress Anne Heche and television personality NeNe Leakes on Friday.

Kelly Osbourne is known for her role as the outspoken daughter in the Emmy Award-winning "The Osbournes."  Since her appearance in the groundbreaking reality series, she has gone on to make a name for herself in radio, musical theater, television and fashion.  Currently, Osbourne is a co-host on E!'s "Fashion Police," and is the new face of the Material Girl brand.  On the big screen, Osbourne just completed production on "So Undercover," starring opposite Miley Cyrus.

"The Talk," CBS's new daily daytime talk show that examines topical events and contemporary issues through the eyes of five female hosts who are all mothers, airs weekdays. Brad Bessey, Gilbert, who developed the show, and John Redmann are executive producers.
