"Since we are BBQ people we thought we would do something a little different than a snowman," said Rob Giordano of The Barbecue Shop Inc. in Lewiston. This snow pig was constructed Saturday by Roy "Honcho" Gregory, Rob Giordano, Robert Giordano Jr. and Alexis Giordano on Honcho's lawn on Witmer Road in Wheatfield. Honcho and Giordano run the Smokin' Eagles International BBQ Festival, held in North Tonawanda last summer, and also run the Old Falls Street Ribfest with the help of the Conference Center on Old Falls Street in Niagara Falls.
