Monday, Dec. 20

•2000 block of Baseline Road, 11:53 a.m. - A Buick LeSabre driven by a Baseline Road, woman rear-ended the Saturn of a Niagara Falls man. No injuries were reported.

•3100 block of Grand Island Boulevard, 2:57 p.m. - Someone is suspected of kicking in a window at a vacant gas station.

•West River Road, 5:24 p.m. - Kids were allegedly hanging around a vacant log cabin.

•2700 block of Love Road, 5:29 p.m. - A domestic incident report was completed following a family dispute.

•100 block of Eagleview Drive, 7:35 p.m. - Footprints in a man's backyard made him suspicious, so a report was filed.

•100 block of Park Place, 7:46 p.m. - A snowplow backed into an electrical pole and hit a transformer box, cutting off power. The truck left the scene, but the homeowner knew the plow operator who hit the pole. A 35-year-old Whitehaven Road man was later issued two tickets.

•200 block of South Lane, 9:25 p.m. - A woman stated her ex-fiancé took her cell phone from her car. Patrol went to see the man at a Staley Road location, but the man said he didn't have the phone.

Tuesday, Dec. 21

•200 block of Marlin Road, 12:26 a.m. - The sound of a shot fired and squealing tires  may have come from the parkway. Nothing of that nature was found.

•Stony Point Road, 9:18 a.m. - Patrol was flagged down by someone who reported an accident. Following an investigation, a 51-year-old Niagara Falls man with seven suspensions to his license was taken into custody. He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree and turned over to police in his hometown on an outstanding warrant for failure to pay a fine.

•100 block of Tracey Lane, 2:53 p.m. - A man told patrol his  daughter was assaulted by another teenager at a friend's house.

•Grand Island Boulevard, 8:34 p.m. - A woman stated she was involved in a property-damage-only accident on Grand Island Boulevard. Her vehicle was struck on the driver side by an unknown vehicle, causing damage to the side view mirror.

Wednesday, Dec. 22

•1900 block of Harvey Road, 5:06 a.m. - A coyote was dispatched after being attacked by a pack of other coyotes.

•Stony Point Road, 6:38 a.m. - An injured deer in the road needed to be put down.

•2900 block of Love Road, 12:29 p.m. - Credit card fraud resulted in approximately $5,000 in fraudulent charges.

•2700 block of Staley Road, 1:43 p.m. - A female thrown from a horse was transported to Women and Children's Hospital by Twin City Ambulance.

•2200 block of Bedell Road, 3:26 p.m. - A man in an apartment was described as out of control, yelling, screaming and hitting walls. The subject was actually alone and having an argument with his mother on the phone.

•2300 block of Fix Road, 3:39 p.m. - A woman called police during a child custody dispute. Police filled out a domestic incident report.

Thursday, Dec. 23

•2400 block of First Street, 9:36 a.m. - A woman stated she swerved to get out of the way of an approaching vehicle and struck a mailbox with her rental car, damaging the driver-side mirror area and windshield. The woman will replace the homeowner's mailbox. Patrol will contact the homeowner, who was not present.

•80 block of Pleasant Trail, 10:33 a.m. - Patrol was on standby when an ex-wife refused to leave.

•1600 block of Grand Island Boulevard, 11:28 a.m. - Two vehicles in a parking lot backing out their parking spaces collided. Information was exchanged between drivers.

•700 block of East River Road, 1:16 p.m. - A dump truck delivering stone missed the driveway while backing into it and went off the road. Tow trucks on location were blocking the road.

•100 block of Park Place, 2:21 p.m. - A fraudulent company's $40,000 check for payment prompted an investigation by the bank. Police filed a report.

•1900 block of Stony Point Road, 3:07 p.m. - A man stated that his vehicle was parked on the side of the road in front of a friend's house when both of its rear tires were slashed. No suspects are known.

•2300 block of Baseline Road, 3:09 p.m. - Patrol will attempt to contact the owner of a car that has been in a lot overnight.

•Whitehaven Road, 5:52 p.m. - The fire company and ambulance responded to the scene of a car accident. Two passengers were taken to the hospital with injuries not life-threatening. A vehicle struck a pole  that holds traffic light. A traffic ticket was issued. The highway department was called for damage control.

•1700 block of Love Road, 7:23 p.m. - A vehicle registered to a Calvano Drive man was struck in a parking lot. Information between drivers was exchanged.

Friday, Dec. 24

•2200 block of Center North Court 12:12 a.m. - Patrol responded to a loud party, people in a lower apartment, but the party was breaking up on arrival.

•2000 block of Alvin Road, 8:47 a.m. - A passer-by on the Thruway saw a white male with a long gun over his shoulder walking on the road wearing camouflage jacket. Said person was gone on patrol's arrival.

•Stony Point Road, 10:02 a.m. - The driver of a Jeep registered to a Fieldstone Drive man was issued a ticket for using a cell phone while driving.

•2300 block of Fix Road, 12:06 p.m. - Patrol mediated a custody and child exchange dispute and made arrangements for the exchange. One half of the dispute was unhappy and patrol was asked to document negative statements made. Both parties were advised to follow the custody agreement.

•20 block of Garden Parkway, 1:56 p.m. - A male called 911 during a family argument concerning cleaning off a table for Christmas.

•1200 block of LaSalle Avenue 3:30 p.m. - Another custody situation arose. The mother of the child is following the order to the letter and the father was going by what has occurred in the past. The father was advised.

•Baseline Road, 3:42 p.m. - A caller reporting an accident with injuries. The Grand Island Fire Co. was notified. Two sport-utility vehicles need tows.

•40 block of Carl Road, 8:11 p.m. - Complainant had questions regarding custody issues with her child. She had no paperwork from the court on the custody agreement. Patrol spoke to the father, who stated that there was no agreement on custody. Both parties advised.

•Whitehaven Road, 12:30 p.m. - A complainant wanted directions to a Buffalo address to pick up kids and wanted it documented that yesterday while in the sheriff's station a man called her a psycho in front of the children.

Saturday, Dec. 25

•1400 block of East Park Road, 1:12 p.m. - A vehicle belonging to a Niagara Falls woman was parked on the East Park Road when an unknown vehicle side-swiped its left side from the front door to the front of the vehicle. The vehicle was illegally parked on the roadway against town code for snow removal during the time of the incident.

Sunday, Dec. 26

•2100 block of Whitehaven Road, 5:50 a.m. - Someone smashed two windows near the southeast corner of a building. Two computer monitors were taken.

•Ransom Road, 6:54 a.m. - Two men were reported duck-hunting illegally on county land. A 27-year-old Lockport man and a 21-year-old Orchard Park man did not have permission to hunt there and left.

•2100 block of Baseline Road, 6:36 p.m. - A complainant is having problems with her laundry being sabotaged. An unnamed subject was advised.
