Press Release

Lewiston Dance Center continues to give back through its annual giving tree, with a donation to Heart, Love & Soul, a nonprofit hunger-relief and social services agency in Niagara Falls dedicated to nourishing people in need – body, mind and soul – in partnership with others.

Throughout the holiday season, dancers and their families donate items such as hats, gloves, scarves, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrushes/toothpaste, and other personal care items. With the help of the local Chamber of Commerce, Lewiston Dance can distribute collected items accordingly.

“Every year, we look forward to setting up the giving tree. Our dancers take great pride in donating and giving to those in need,” said Lauren Rogers of Lewiston Dance. “Partnering with the local Chamber is a great way for us to make sure donated items gets into the hands of members of our surrounding community.”

The annual tradition of giving goes back to the founding of Lewiston Dance Center and its proprietor’s philosophy of using dance to do good for those around us. Starting with its founder, Rachel Novelli, Lewiston Dance Center continues to give back and will continue to put up a giving tree for years to come.

Next up for the studio is its annual recital in May. Visit www.lewistondance.com.
