Joanne L. Spinner (nee Louchren) of Grand Island died on Feb. 6, 2024.
Spinner was a retired teacher with Buffalo Public Schools. She also volunteered at the Buffalo Psychiatric Center and Shea’s Buffalo.
She was the wife of 70 years of the late Frank J. Spinner; the mother of Frank Jr., Michael (Edith), Suzanne and Richard Spinner; the grandmother of John Michael and Sara Jane Spinner, and Hillary Gohranson. Two great-grandchildren also survive Joanne; and she was the sister of the late Ronald (survived by wife Sharon) Louchren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 17, at St. Stephen R.C. Church, 2100 Baseline Road, Grand Island.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo.
