5th annual Risk Tournament & Raffle for Lockport New Beginnings is Dec. 9

The fifth annual Risk Tournament & Raffle for Lockport New Beginnings is coming to the Casual Dragon Games on Saturday, Dec. 9, starting at 10 a.m. More than $5,300 in prizes will be raffled, while the tournament final table will have over $500 in prizes.

All proceeds will go to Lockport New Beginnings.

Registration is between 10 and 10:30 a.m. The tournament buy-in is $15. Raffle sheets are $10 each.

The event is open to the public: participate in the tournament and/or raffle; watch the tournament; or even play different games at Casual Dragon Games, at 136 Walnut St., Lockport

A press release stated, “We have previously held this event benefiting charities including Autism Speaks, Epilepsy Foundation and Roswell Park.”

It added, “New Beginning does great work in the community, especially the youth program of Young Men & Women of Character.”

The buy-in for the tournament includes breakfast from Village Eatery and dinner from Davison Road Inn. The raffle starts at 10 a.m. More than 80 items will be available. Prizes will be given out right after the end of the tournament.
