Breast Cancer Network of Western New York, a leading 501(c)(3) nonprofit for breast cancer advocacy, has relocated its headquarters. After being in Depew for 14 years, Breast Cancer Network will now be located within the United Way Building located at 742 Delaware Ave.

The move was a result of a growth of breast cancer patients and survivors looking for support and resources.

“We realized that our location in the suburbs of Buffalo was preventing us from reaching many who needed our services,” Executive Director Rob Jones said. “Being located in the heart of Buffalo, with access to public transportation and proximity to the medical campus, enables us to serve a more diverse demographic.”

In celebration of the new location, Breast Cancer Network is hosting a public open house from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30. Guests are encouraged to stop in, learn more about the organization, and partake in restorative health classes, workshops and more.
