Northland Workforce Training Center to launch inaugural 'Food Truck Thursdays' series

“Food Truck Thursdays” will debut at Northland Workforce Training Center, 683 Northland Ave., Buffalo. The event will run from 5-7 p.m. Aug. 10, 17, 24 and 31.

Organizers said, “We are proud to welcome the first food truck event to Buffalo's east side beginning Aug. 10. Northland Workforce Training Center, in partnership with BankOnBuffalo, is excited to announce the much-anticipated kickoff of our first-ever ‘Food Truck Thursdays’ series.”

Admission is free.

The press release added, “ ‘Food Truck Thursdays’ promises an unforgettable experience for attendees of all ages. Delight your taste buds with an array of delectable cuisines from our rotating lineup of food trucks featuring favorites like Cater 2U Kitchen, Tiny Thai, KT Caribbean Cuisine, Sun Cuisines, Fat Bob's Smokehouse, The Maine Bite, Dat Burger Guy, Will Barbecue, and Sassy Sips. Each week will bring fresh and exciting new options for your dining pleasure!

“But there's more to ‘Food Truck Thursdays’ than just food! Enjoy live music and captivating poetry readings, courtesy of Manna Culinary Group at Northland, as you explore the finest artisan vendors in the area. Discover unique treasures from Charmed Handmade Jewelry and get creative at the AKG Art Truck while also engaging with community resources such as Remedy Staffing at Northland. And we assure you, there's still much more to come!
