Betty A. Phillips (nee Welfare) of Grand Island passed away on July 15, 2023.
She was a lover of animals, an artist, a photographer and a civilian volunteer during World War II.
Betty was the wife of the late Lewis Vincent Phillips; mother of Vince (Julie) Phillips, Susan (Jerry) Phillips-Czajkowski, Amy (Donald) Cripps and Tim (Pamela) Phillips; and is survived by eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. Betty was the sister of the late James Welfare.
Visitation was held Wednesday, July 19, at the Kaiser Funeral Home.
