John M. Pullano of Amherst, formerly of Grand Island, entered into rest June 30, 2023, after a brief illness. Family surrounded him at the time.
John was the beloved husband of Joanne (nee Novack) Pullano; the devoted father of Allison (Daniel) Schultz; the cherished grandfather of Emma, Logan and Charlotte Schultz; the loving son of the late John J. and Patricia (nee Heavey) Pullano; the dear brother of Peggy (Robert) Carroll, James (Kelly) Pullano, Jeremy (Jennifer) Pullano and the late Joseph Pullano and Josephine Malesky. He is also survived by an aunt, uncle, nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws and friends.
A memorial will be held at a later date.
The family would like to thank the caring nurses and medical staff who tended to John at Roswell Park Cancer Center. If desired, donations in John’s memory may be made to Roswell Park at give.roswellpark.org.
