Calspan announces senior executive promotions supporting long-term growth

Calspan recently announced promotions of two of its senior executives as part of the privately owned company’s commitment to long-term growth and its company values. 

Peter Sauer will assume the role of president and CEO of Calspan Holdings. In this new role, he assumes leadership and strategic responsibility for the entire family of Calspan companies. Since joining Calspan in 2009, Sauer has made significant contributions to Calspan, including spearheading multiple acquisitions and leading efforts to drive business performance in alignment with Calspan’s company values of inclusiveness, accountability and innovation. 

Greg Campbell has been promoted to president of Calspan Corp. Campbell has had a progressive and successful career since joining Calspan in 2009, most recently serving as senior vice president and general manager of Calspan Corp., where he achieved outstanding business results. Campbell was recently honored with the distinguished Buffalo Business First 40 Under 40 award.

Calspan owners John Yurtchuk and Lou Knotts remain active in their roles as chairmen.
