Beginning Wednesday, March 18, AAA Western and Central New York will be closing all AAA Travel & Insurance Centers to walk-in traffic. This is an effort to keep our work environment as safe as possible for our hard-working associates and to protect the health of our members, as well.

Thankfully, there are many ways to interact with AAA without stepping foot into an office. AAA can be reached at 800-836-2582, with a direct line to travel at 800-937-1222, and AAA travel consultants or insurance agents can be contacted directly over the phone, as well. Of course, www.AAA.com is always an option. Contact information for each individual office can be found at www.AAA.com/Locations. Many of our associates are working from home and are available to assist members over the telephone or we can even arrange a virtual group meeting.

Our Car Care Plus location in Clarence will remain open for automotive service only, and we are reminding everyone to practice good hygiene and social distancing to keep everyone safe and healthy.

AAA emergency road service will continue to operate with additional hygiene and social distancing policies in place.

As upstate New York’s largest member services organization, AAA Western and Central New York provides more than 887,000 members with travel, insurance, financial and automotive-related services. Since its founding in 1900, AAA has been a leading advocate for the safety and security of all travelers. Visit AAA at www.AAA.com.
