Bills, Sabres & Bandits introduce 'Easy Renew' for season tickets

Automated system will simplify renewal for season ticketholders using payment plans

Beginning this offseason, Buffalo Bills season ticket members and season ticketholders of the Buffalo Sabres and Bandits will have the benefit of hassle-free renewal of their ticket accounts. Ticketholders who use payment plans will be enrolled in “Easy Renew,” which will eliminate future deadlines by automating the renewal and payment process.

“ ‘Easy Renew’ will eliminate the possibility that any of our valued ticketholders can inadvertently lose their tickets due to an oversight in making their payment on time,” said Brent Rossi, Pegula Sports & Entertainment’s executive vice president of marketing and brand strategy. “Season tickets are a point of personal pride for many of our fans. ‘Easy Renew’ will provide a hassle-free method to renew season tickets as excitement and demand continue to grow around our teams.”

The “Easy Renew” system is designed to make life easier for fans managing season ticket accounts. Bills season ticket members who use an extended payment plan for the 2019 season will be enrolled in “Easy Renew” for the 2020 season and beyond. Sabres and Bandits season ticketholders who use payment plans for the 2019-20 season will be enrolled in “Easy Renew” for the 2020-21 season. In the offseason, fans using “Easy Renew” will be given a window to cancel their ticket accounts.
