Ariana Grande announced she will bring the "Sweetener World Tour" to KeyBank Center at 7:30 p.m. March 22, 2019.
Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 5, and cost $224.95, $169.95, $134.95, $114.95, $99.95, $79.95, $64.95, $49.95 and $34.95 (includes $4.50 facility fee). They can be purchased at the KeyBank Center box office, online at
www.tickets.com, or by calling 888-223-6000. A random handbill policy will be in effect. A limited number of handbills will be available starting Oct. 31. To provide the best experience for fans, no cameras or recording devices will be permitted (cell phones with cameras will be permitted), and each fan may bring only one bag. All bags must be 100 percent clear and must not exceed 12-inches-by-6-inches-by-12 inches. Fans may bring one bag made of clear plastic, vinyl or PVC, or they may bring a single one-gallon re-sealable clear freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
