'The Chew' is jump-starting January with tips to keep New Year's resolution by eating clean & lean

"The Chew" is kicking off 2018 with a New Year's resolution game plan. Emmy Award-winning co-hosts Michael Symon, Clinton Kelly and Carla Hall are helping viewers jump-start January with light, healthy and delicious meals to help them eat clean and lean.
"The Chew" listings for the week of Jan. 2-5 are as follows (1 p.m. on ABC; subject to change):
Monday, Jan. 1 - Network pre-emption
Tuesday, Jan. 2 - "Lightened-Up BLD" - Carla puts a light spin on a breakfast favorite; take a break - Michael is making lunch; nutritionist Maya Feller with helpful tips for your grocery game plan; Clinton prepares a healthy dinner with the groceries.
Wednesday, Jan. 3 - "Jump-Start Your January" - Carla is cutting the calories on some of your favorite meals; Danica Patrick (author, "Pretty Intense") and Michael are jump-starting January with a delicious dish; Clinton helps us get vegicated with tips to make the most of veggies.
Thursday, Jan. 4 - "Clean, Lean 2018" - Michael's "5-in-5" to help you eat clean and lean; actress Andrea Martin ("Good News") joins Clinton for some fun in the kitchen as they whip up a healthy meal; Carla's amazing dish to kick off 2018.
Friday, Jan. 5 - "Resolution Game Plan" - Michael is making a foolproof dish to keep you on track with your resolution; "Food-fessions" with Carla, as she shares healthy tips; Clinton cooks with health and wellness expert Dave Zinczenko (author, "The Super Metabolism Diet").
