Artpark & Company and SE2 will present a "Silent Disco" on Thursday, Aug. 25, featuring Buffalo DJ ABCDJ. The event will take place on the Mainstage Theater terrace from 6-10 p.m.
Tickets for the all-ages event are $10 and are on sale now online at artpark.net and tickets.com; by phone at 1-888-223-6000; and at the Artpark box office, 450 S. Fourth St., Lewiston.
At the "Silent Disco," the DJ will broadcast music directly into provided headphones, allowing only those with headphones to hear the music. Patrons will be able to control their own volume and music channel.
A limited supply of black light reactive and glow-in-the-dark body paint will be available for those who choose to include art in their dancing. The paint is DIY and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Concessions will also be available for purchase.
