Rhythm & blues, country, pop and stand-up comedy head to Fallsview Casino in January with performances by R&B vocal group The Spinners, country sensations Chris Lane and Frankie Ballard, American pop group 98°, and comedian Kathleen Madigan.

First to hit the Fallsview stage in 2020 is the Voca People. From Jan. 8-12, experience a symphony of sounds as the Voca People combine the art of a-cappella and modern beatbox without using any instruments. Eight musician-actors bring a unique mix of comedy, music and theater to life while seamlessly moving between musical genres.

Next is Lane, an up-and-coming country singer-songwriter known for electrifying performances. Making his Fallsview Casino debut Jan. 15, Lane promises to deliver a passionate performance with hits such as “For Her,” “Let Me Love You” and “All the Time.”

Also stepping on the Fallsview stage for the first time is American pop and R&B group 98°. They will have audience members singing to fan favorites including “I Do (Cherish You),” “The Hardest Thing,” “My Everything” and “Give Me Just One Night (Una Noche)” on Jan. 17 and 18.

From Jan. 21-23, legendary R&B recording artists The Spinners take to the stage, singing hits including “I'll Be Around,” “Could It Be I'm Falling In Love,” “My Way Back to You” and “Then Came You.”

For one night only, Jan. 25, country music singer-songwriter Ballard, known for his gritty vocals, guitar skills and natural sense of country-pop dynamics, will perform hits such as “Helluva Life,” “Sunshine & Whiskey,” “Young & Crazy” and “A Buncha Girls.”

Comedian Madigan announced her “8 O'Clock Happy Hour Tour” will make a stop at Fallsview Casino Resort on March 28. Having performed on just about every late night show ever made, including Jerry Seinfeld's internet series "Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee," Madigan's quick comedic timing and infectious personality creates a show with audience members laughing from start to finish. She has been performing to sold-out audiences for 30 years.

"If you're looking for a variety of great entertainment this coming year, we've got you covered," said Cathy Price, vice president of marketing at Niagara Casinos. "From country, pop, to R&B, we've got a fantastic January lineup. We're also incredibly excited the hilarious Kathleen Madigan has announced a tour stop in Niagara this March. I have no doubt 2020 is going to be a great year for entertainment at Fallsview Casino Resort."

Tickets to Madigan’s show will be available 10 a.m. Friday, Oct. 11, at all Ticketmaster outlets. January show tickets will be available starting at noon Friday at the Fallsview Casino box office and all Ticketmaster outlets. Visit www.ticketmaster.ca for more information.
