Greatest hits album available today
The Afters' "The Beginning and Everything After" is available today, offering a memorable musical journey. The dozen-track greatest hits collection celebrates the triumphs, including chart-topping singles, TV placements, an MTVU Award, GMA Dove Awards and other accolades alongside two new offerings: "Well Done" and "Fear No More."
"Well Done" has gained significant momentum at radio since it hit airwaves last month. With over 50 stations on board, the new single has moved up the Billboard charts this week, garnering a No. 29 spot on AC Monitored, No. 16 on AC Indicator and No. 33 at National Christian Audience. It's also racked up more than 700,000 streams across platforms since its release, and is featured on key playlists like Amazon Music's Fresh Christian, and Spotify's Top Christian and Top Christian Contemporary playlists.
"Fear No More" was inspired by the band's personal struggles with fear, written as a raw and honest anthem to proclaim freedom in the face of anxiety.
" 'Fear No More' came out of my own personal struggles with anxiety throughout my life," frontman Josh Havens said. "It's an anthem for trusting God and not living in fear and anxiety. When I wrote this with Matt, Jordan, Dan and Jason Ingram, we realized we all had faced these feelings in some way. ... It can be debilitating and rob us from the joy that God wants for us. If you have ever struggled with fear, anxiety or depression, I hope this song speaks to you! You're not alone!"

About The Afters
Texas-based, four-piece band The Afters was propelled into the national spotlight with their INO/Sony Music Label Group debut "I Wish We All Could Win." The project spawned the swirling, melodic hit "Beautiful Love," earning the band an enthusiastic following when the song was selected as the theme track for MTV's "8th and Ocean." "Beautiful Love" was also the most downloaded track of 2006 on the iTunes inspirational charts and garnered the band an mtvU award.
The Afters' sophomore release, "Never Going Back To OK" (INO/Columbia Records), debuted in the Top 50 on the Billboard Top 200, and proved to be a sensation on the silver screen with "Grey's Anatomy," "Dr. Phil," "Army Wives" and "Rachael Ray." The band's third record, "Light Up the Sky," bolstered two No. 1 radio hits, as well as placements on "The Biggest Loser" and "You Deserve It."
"Life Is Beautiful," the band's fourth studio release, acquired placements on top TV shows "American Idol," "The Biggest Loser," "America's Got Talent" and "Dancing With The Stars" for their song "Moments Like This." They also had a No. 1 hit at radio with their song "Every Good Thing."
Their fifth studio album, "Live On Forever," released in September 2016. New music is expected from the band in spring 2019.
