NFP seeks 'The Best Of...'

Contest to run May 26 through July 28, 2023

√ Which restaurant has "The Best Fries"?

Niagara Frontier Publications seeks your input in naming the area’s "Best Savory Summer" items and location. It could be a bar, a restaurant, street vendor or a social club.

Voting begins Friday, May 26, 2023. The place(s) with the most votes will be prominently featured in the Island Dispatch and the Niagara County Tribune/Sentinel, with additional photos and stories at www.wnypapers.com.

When you cast a vote for your favorite "Savory Summer" contenders, you’ll be entered to win a monthly prize from an area business. Winners will be chosen by random draw and notified by phone or email.

TO ENTER: Fill out the form by clicking the highlighted link above, or the link below, to redirect to the entry webpage. Once there, answer the questions and submit the information.

Entries also can be found in Niagara Frontier Publication's (NFP) newspapers. Those entries can be submitted in hard copy form to 1859 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, NY 14072.

No photocopies will be accepted. There is a voting limit of 50 votes per person, per location.

GRAND PRIZE: The restaurant or restaurants with the most votes at the end of the contest will receive a special recognition and a full write-up in NFP's two main newspapers -- the Niagara County Tribune/Sentinel and the Island Dispatch -- and on this website. Additional photos and stories also will be posted online. All winning entrants (person, business or service) MUST BE HEADQUARTERED IN WESTERN NEW YORK.

THOSE NOMINATING AN EATERY will enter to win a prize. One participant will be selected by random draw once a month and receive a gift certificate courtesy of participating businesses. (Not necessarily the business entrant voted for in contest.) Prizes not claimed within thirty (30) days of winner's notification will be returned to NFP. Total prize value is less than $75.

BY ENTERING THIS CONTEST, YOU GRANT NFP THE RIGHT TO PUBLISH YOUR NAME IN ITS NEWSPAPERS AND WEBSITE. THE PERSON OR PERSONS WINNING A PRIZE WILL BE LISTED IN THE "SAVORY SUMMER" ADVERTISEMENTS.

CONTEST DATES: Contest runs from 8 a.m. (ET) Friday, May 26, 2023, through 11:59 p.m. (ET) Friday, July 28, 2023, and is open to residents of the U.S. and Canada ages 18 and up, or under the age of 18 with parental or custodial consent.

Employees of NFP, its immediate families, and those submitting prizes are not eligible to win a prize during this contest.

MULTIPLE ENTRIES: Multiple entries are permitted in this contest (MAXIMUM: 50 per person or email address, whichever is greater), but cannot be photocopies. The more you enter, the greater your chances of winning a prize -- and the more likely your favorite place will win this contest. Just remember that maximum vote clause!
