Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino announced country music legend Dwight Yoakam will now perform in the Seneca Allegany Event Center on Saturday, Nov. 8, and will be joined by special guests The Mavericks. Yoakam was originally scheduled to perform Saturday, April 12, but had to cancel the show due to illness.
High-speed vehicle chase in Niagara Falls

On April 17, officers were involved in a high-speed vehicle pursuit. At the conclusion of the pursuit, as officers approached the vehicle, the vehicle began to drive toward the officers. One officer discharged their firearm, striking the driver of the vehicle. The driver was transported to Erie County Medical Center for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
