Cornell Cooperative Extension of Niagara County (CCE Niagara), in conjunction with Hoover Dairy, announced the second annual "Fair-ly New" ice cream flavor contest. The competition is now accepting entrants, with the winning flavor to be created by Hoover Dairy and served during the Niagara County Fair, Aug. 5-9 at the Niagara County Fairgrounds.
