The historic Rapids Theatre in Niagara Falls is entering a new chapter. A selection committee, representing New York state, Niagara County and the City of Niagara Falls, has officially selected concert promoter Chris Ring and restaurateur Dale Segal as the new operators of the iconic Main Street indoor concert venue and events center.

The Town of Niagara and the Town of Niagara business liaison are planning a red, white and blue communitywide theme in celebration of the 250th birthday of this country and Niagara County. Military Road will be decorated with flowers and flags, and Packard Road will display county and town flags. The theme will run from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
