The New York Power Authority (NYPA) will host a touch-a-truck event at the Niagara Power Vista, the visitors center for the Niagara Power Project, on Saturday, June 8, between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Dozens of vehicles from NYPA, the Department of Transportation, the Niagara County Sheriff's Department, the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority, and other local organizations will be on display during the event.

The Jack Beatty Memorial Hospice Cruise and Clambake is back for its 22nd year. The event is scheduled for Friday, July 12, at the historic Youngstown Yacht Club, come rain or shine.
