The Office of Mental Health announced New York is the only state in nation to have received a grant award from the federal Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) Zero Suicide grant program. The Great Pumpkin Farm in Clarence will kick off its 22nd annual Fall Festival from 10 a.m. to dusk Saturday and Sunday, Sept. 16-17, with a special Armed Forces weekend, in collaboration with WNY Heroes Inc.
