Fox Broadcasting Company, Syco Television and FremantleMedia North America today announced Sony Electronics as the official consumer electronics sponsor of "The X Factor," the award-winning international phenomenon created and executive-produced by Simon Cowell, which makes its highly anticipated debut with a two-night series premiere event Wednesday, Sept. 21 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT) and Thursday, Sept. 22 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT) on FOX.

ABC has licensed its iconic soaps, "All My Children" and "One Life to Live" to Prospect Park. The exclusive multi-year, multi-platform deal enables the soaps' stories to continue beyond their finale dates on ABC. ABC will broadcast its final episode of "All My Children" on Friday, Sept. 23, and will air the final episode of "One Life to Live" in January 2012.
