The Buffalo Sabres today announced the team will open its main training camp on Thursday, Sept. 12, when veteran players are scheduled to report for testing and physicals. Training camp will be held primarily at KeyBank Center, with sessions on Sunday, Sept. 15, Thursday, Sept. 26, and Friday, Sept. 27 open to the public.

During the recent United Way "Day of Caring," M&T Bank showed its hometown pride by again having the largest representation of volunteers - approximately 450 employees across 21 job sites, representing nearly 14% of the total "Day of Caring" volunteer force. During the day's activities, Buffalo Bills legends Jim Kelly and Darryl Talley made guest appearances as a special "thank you" to M&T and other volunteer groups.

Disney Channel has ordered "Marvel's Moon Girl and Devil Dinosaur," an original animated series based on Marvel's hit comic books, from Disney Television Animation. Those doubters were converted this past weekend, as people were elbow-to-elbow across Center Street, and cars were stacked all the way back to Oxbow Lane at the Lewiston event.
