The Buffalo Sabres have announced the launch of a new program that offers fans a chance to purchase last-minute tickets to the team's home games at First Niagara Center. The "Sabres Standby" program will give fans an opportunity to be part of a queue of potential ticket-buyers that are eligible to purchase from a limited quantity of tickets for Sabres home games.

From Feb. 22 through 24, the Niagara University Players will present an entirely student-run production of "Time Stands Still" by Donald Margulies in the Leary Theatre within the Elizabeth Ann Clune Center for Theatre, Clet Hall.
Directed by NU Theater Junior Nathan Andrew Miller, "Time Stands Still" is a funny, passionate, thought-provoking and heartbreaking piece of work. It is a look at war through the lens of a young couple brought together by the conflict in Iraq only to have their relationship challenged by it (the show contains adult subject matter).
