Joseph M. Falbo Jr., a 1991 graduate of Niagara University, was recently elected president of the 28,000-member New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He becomes the first NU alumnus - and only the second member from the Buffalo chapter - to chair the association since it was incorporated in 1897.
