The election of the 2011 Wheatfield Business Association's officers and board members was held at the annual Christmas/Holiday party on Dec. 13 at the Meeting Place in Bergholz. The newly elected Wheatfield Business Association 2011 officers and board members were sworn into office by Wheatfield Supervisor Robert Cliffe at the Feb. 17 meeting held in the Wheatfield Community/Senior Center.

The Niagara County Industrial Development Agency board of directors this week approved applications for assistance submitted by Jai Devi Inc., which plans to renovate a vacant building in Niagara Falls into a boutique hotel, and Dojo, LLC, which will be expanding the office building of a long-standing community medical practice in Wheatfield.
